When i woke up this morning all the news channels were talking about the solar eclipse and everyone all over the country seemed to have “solar eclipse sunglasses” – except for me!
So, when i got to the office i thought i would try an experiment – use a CCTV camera to look at the sun. Have to be honest, not really something i advise and long exposure i’m pretty sure would destroy the cameras image sensor. But hey, i had no glasses.
Anyway, to my amazement i got a pretty nice view of the solar eclipse – and thought i’d share it with you, see below:
Obviously next time (in 2090) i’ll use a PTZ Camera with 30 times zoom!
