A 4 camera IP system with 3.0 Megapixel IK10 Dome cameras, these offer resolutions of up to 3 million pixels -
that is well over the 2.1 million pixels of your 1080P HD TV! So you know the image quality is of the highest quality.
Long Range Night Vision
The cameras have quite a long night vision range, for dome cameras, giving up to 30 metres vision in complete darkness.
Making them suitable for many applications, they also have an IR cut filter which means you get true colour images during the
day.

These are part of hikvisions "Ultra Low Light" camera range so they have far superior night vision capabilities in comparison to most cameras. In this case the cameras could (if you disabled the IR night vision mode) still see in colour images down at 0.005 Lux - however, if you leave the camera in its normal IR night vision mode it provide very clear night vision in black & white - with much less "noise" than normal.
Indoor or Outdoor
The DS-2CD2135FWD-I can be installed indoors or outdoors as it is IP67 rated and can cope with temperatures as low as -30°C so
should be more than suitable for most UK locations and maybe even the Arctic!
When installing this camera outdoors, as with all domes, you need to protect the glass dome from the elements or else you might have night vision issues everytime it rains. So either install the camera so it is covered from rain, or try the wall mount brackets so the dome is facing down instead of outwards. There is also a rain proof cap (DS-1250ZJ) available.

The cameras are quite small and compact so should not stand out like a sore thumb - they are also IK10 impact rated meaning they can take quite a beating, ideal if you need to position the camera low down where it might be subject to some vandalism.
Easy Installation
As with most of our HIKvision kits, this is PoE enabled meaning you do not need power supplies for the cameras - they will gain
their power directly from the NVR.
The cameras are what we call 3-axis, meaning they can be mounted on a wall or ceiling and then pointed in the desired
direction.
Internet / SmartPhone
All of our HIKVision IP systems can be connected to your router and configured so you can remote view them over the internet from a PC /
Mac or even your iPhone / Android.
PC / Mac software usually comes on a CD with the NVR or can always be downloaded from the
HIKVision website here - called iVMS-4200.
For your iPhone or Android phone you can visit your app store and download iVMS-4500 or Hik-Connect App.
Watching the Footage
Apart from viewing your system over the network or internet, the NVR also has a VGA and HDMI output meaning you could connect
a computer monitor (VGA) and / or HD TV (HDMI) directly to the NVR. If required, using the options above, you can add a HD or VGA Monitor to your
system.
When viewing your footage on one of these monitors you can select multiple views including one camera full screen and a split
view of all cameras at once.
