JMC Remote Support

Here at JMC we understand it is not always easy to network your CCTV system so you can view it from anywhere in the world. This is why we offer a free service, exclusive to JMCsecure customers ONLY, to help set up the remote access of your CCTV System.

To do this you will need to click on the below "Teamviewer" image (from a computer / laptop), allow the teamviewer file to install on your computer and then call the JMCsecure Technical team with your Teamviewer ID and Password.

This is a time consuming service, which you need to arrange with us before downloading the app - so as we can arrange a suitable time for both you and us. Be aware this is FREE for the first time of use and within 12 months of your order date. However after 12 months, or if you require the service more than once, this service is charged at £49.00 inc vat.
