Payment was accepted, before we proceed with your order we will have to run a security check against the details you
provided. All being well your order should be accepted and items should start to be packed within 24 hours. |

Your order has been accepted, goods are in stock and you order has been sent to the warehouse for picking &
packing ready for shipping. |
Order Despatched |
Your items have been collected by our courier and you should receive the next working day between 9:00 - 5:30. |
Order Complete |
This completes your order with JMC, you should now have received your items. |
Stock Error |
The goods you ordered are not in stock, you will be contacted by a JMC representative to discuss how you would like to
proceed. |
Cancelled |
Your order has been cancelled, either at your request or because it was 'Unauthorized' and we have not
received a payment from you. |
Deleted |
Your order has been deleted from our records. |
CC Fraud Rejection |
Security at JMC is paramount, therefore we constantly review orders to ensure a secure environment for our customers, this
means that we will carry out routine security checks to verify that the details you have supplied are valid. When the
details you have provided do not match details held by your bank, your order may not pass our fraud checks, and be
rejected and therefor cancelled. |
Non PayPal Confirmed Address |
At JMC we only ship to "confirmed" PayPal address's. If you place an order and make payment via Paypal, but the address is
not a confirmed address, we will not accept the order. |
