1000Gb Specialist CCTV Hard Disc Drive

Key Features

supports 24×7 surveillance, and supports more cameras recording at higher resolutions than traditional drives.

The HDD-1000 is a 1TB surveillance hard drive for CCTV recorders (NVRs and DVRs).

Surveillance drives are built to record all day, every day, from several cameras at once. A normal desktop drive isn't designed for that and tends to fail early. They also run cooler and quieter.

1TB suits a small system or short recording times. It's rated for 180TB of writing a year, three times what a desktop drive is rated for.

It fits the standard 3.5 inch bay in most recorders. Check your recorder's maximum drive size before ordering, and make sure the drive is screwed in firmly, as vibration shortens its life.
