Dome CCTV cameras have a discreet, low-profile look that suits indoor spaces where a more visible camera might feel obtrusive. The rounded housing gives nothing to grab hold of, so it's hard for anyone to knock the camera out of position or turn it away. It's also difficult to tell exactly which way the lens is pointing, so people can't easily work out how to stay out of shot. For spots within reach, look for a dome with an IK10 vandal-resistance rating, which means it's built to withstand a heavy impact.
