Compatibility

The DS-2CE57U8T-VPIT is a Hikvision 4K (8MP) ultra low light vandal resistant dome camera for HD-TVI (coax) CCTV systems.

The dome is impact rated (IK10), so it's a good choice where the camera is within reach. Ultra low light means it keeps a clear picture in very dim conditions, and EXIR infrared reaches up to 40m in total darkness.

The 2.8mm lens gives a wide view, it copes well with bright backgrounds (120dB WDR) and it's weatherproof (IP67). It needs a recorder that can record 8MP, such as the Hikvision HTHI range.
