Compatibility

The DS-2CE18U8T-IT3 is a Hikvision 4K (8MP) ultra low light bullet camera for HD-TVI (coax) CCTV systems.

Ultra low light means it keeps a clear picture in very dim conditions before it needs infrared. When it does, EXIR night vision reaches up to 60m. The 3.6mm lens gives a slightly narrower view than a 2.8mm, for a little more detail at distance.

It copes well with bright backgrounds (120dB WDR) and is weatherproof (IP67). It needs a recorder that can record 8MP, such as the Hikvision HTHI range.
