About the Hikvision 4K 2-Camera ColorVu PoC CCTV Kit in Grey

This grey 2-camera kit pairs two DS-2CE72UF3T-LSYE-G ColorVu Smart Hybrid Light turrets with the iDS-7204HTHI-M1-PXT 4K AcuSense PoC recorder, and it exists because so much of the current housing stock is grey. Anthracite windows and doors, grey composite cladding, aluminium bifolds, slate-toned render: on these properties a grey camera looks specified rather than added, and clients notice. The installation case is the same one that makes this range so quick to fit: every BNC input carries Power over Coax, the LSYE-G is a PoC.at device, and each camera needs one RG59 run for video, audio, and power combined. No power supplies at the camera end, and a front-and-back domestic or small shop install becomes a genuinely short job.

Inside the grey shell is Hikvision's strongest analogue camera: 3840 × 2160 resolution, F1.0 ColorVu optics keeping full colour at 0.0005 lux, and true 130 dB WDR that holds detail against bright glazing and low sun. Smart Hybrid Light provides 40 m of white light and 40 m of IR, selectable between constant colour, covert IR, and the smart mode that patrols on IR and fires white light on detection. Both cameras carry built-in microphones with audio over the coax, so each channel records synchronised sound, and the IP67, NEMA 4X certified housings keep their finish through UK weather and coastal exposure.

On the recording side, the HTHI is the flagship 4-channel Turbo HD unit and encodes full 8MP at 15 fps on every channel, so both cameras record at their maximum 4K output with nothing held back. AcuSense deep learning filters alerts to people and vehicles on all channels, with up to 4-channel perimeter protection and 2-channel facial recognition available. H.265 Pro+ compression, a SATA bay up to 12 TB, 4K HDMI with simultaneous VGA, and Hik-Connect remote access finish the recorder off.

Two PoC channels stay free for later additions, and up to 8 IP cameras at 8MP can join over the network. Supplied without a hard drive, so add a surveillance-rated HDD to match the retention period. The same kit is available with white or black cameras.
