About the HiLook 8MP 32-Camera IP CCTV Kit
Every channel filled, every channel 4K. This kit loads the HiLook HL-NVR-232MH-K-16P 32-channel Pro Series NVR to capacity with 32 IPC-T280HA-LUF-SL 8MP Smart Hybrid Light turrets, a system built for warehouses, schools, holiday parks, car parks, farms, and multi-building business sites that need genuine detail at every corner, not just coverage. With 8MP resolution at each position, reviewing footage means reading a van's livery or recognising a face, not squinting at pixels.
The cameras bring their own intelligence to a site this size. On-board human and vehicle detection keeps triggers meaningful across all 32 positions, and each camera can respond on its own: Smart Hybrid Light switches from 30m infrared to white light for colour capture, while the built-in strobe and audible warning give intruders an immediate, local response even before anyone opens the app. When someone does, two-way audio through each camera's mic and speaker turns any position into a talk-down point, useful across yards, gates, and loading bays. MicroSD slots at every camera, up to 512GB, add an optional layer of edge recording.
Connection is a two-stage job on a full 32-camera build, so here is exactly how it works. The first 16 cameras plug directly into the NVR's built-in PoE ports, fully plug and play, powered and recording with no setup. Cameras 17 to 32 connect via a PoE switch, available with this kit as an option in 8-port or 16-port versions, the 16-port handling all sixteen remaining cameras from one unit and the 8-port suiting sites running part of the system on existing infrastructure. No switch is included as standard, so select one when ordering unless you are providing your own. Connect the NVR's LAN port to one of the switch's two Gigabit uplinks and your router or network to the other for remote access, then add the switch-connected cameras to the NVR manually by IP address. This stage is not plug and play and requires networking knowledge, so while we will help as much as we can, please email us with any questions before ordering if you are at all unsure.
The NVR takes a full 4K load in its stride: 256 Mbps of incoming bandwidth, H.265+ compression to keep storage realistic, and up to 32TB across two SATA bays for proper retention. Its own Motion Detection 2.0 and human and vehicle recognition refine alerts further, smart search finds events fast across 32 cameras, and the 4K HDMI output plus independent VGA give you a control-room quality overview.
