This black-finish 6-camera kit pairs six CORE+ IPC-2120B-HT 12 megapixel turret cameras with the HiLook Pro Series HL-NVR-108MH-K-8P 8-channel PoE NVR. With six of the recorder's eight PoE ports in use from the outset, you have comprehensive coverage deployed immediately and two ports available for future expansion. All six cameras connect via a single cable each, with PoE delivering power and video over one Cat5e or Cat6 run, and the recorder auto-discovers connected cameras to simplify commissioning.
The matte black housing of the IPC-2120B-HT is particularly well suited to the scale of a 6-camera installation, where consistent aesthetics across every camera position on a building matters. Dark soffits, black fascias, stone or brick exteriors, and modern cladding materials all provide a backdrop against which the black turret sits quietly rather than standing out. For residential properties with planning sensitivity, commercial sites where a premium appearance is expected, or any installation where the customer has specified a discreet finish, this kit delivers the full performance of the 12MP platform without any compromise on visual subtlety.
Each IPC-2120B-HT captures at 4096 x 3072 pixels with a 113-degree horizontal field of view from its 2.8 mm fixed lens. Six cameras at this resolution provide wide-area coverage with genuine evidence quality: faces are identifiable, registration plates are legible, and clothing detail is captured clearly at distances where lower-resolution cameras would return only an indistinct figure. The 120 dB wide dynamic range handles the backlit and high-contrast scenes that commonly cause problems in real-world installations, including sun behind a glass door, sodium lighting in a car park, or bright headlights against a dark background.
Smart Dual Light operates across all six cameras simultaneously, each switching between infrared and white light modes based on the scene and detection state. Infrared covers 30 metres with no visible output, while the white light delivers colour night images and a visible deterrent response on detection. Motion Detection 2.0 in each camera ensures that detection events are classified as human or vehicle before generating an alert, keeping the event feed actionable across six channels without overwhelming the end user with notifications from irrelevant triggers.
Two-way audio at all six camera positions is a practical advantage at this system scale. Whether monitoring a commercial property with multiple access points, a school or community building with several external areas, or a larger residential site with extensive grounds, the ability to communicate through any of the six cameras from the Hik-Connect app removes the need for separate intercom points at each location. The microphone in each camera records audio as part of the ongoing footage, adding valuable context to any incident captured on video.
The HL-NVR-108MH-K-8P supports 12MP recording across all channels, handles 80 Mbps incoming bandwidth, and provides independent HDMI and VGA outputs for simultaneous dual-screen monitoring. H.265+ compression and support for hard drives up to 16 TB give meaningful recording retention at high resolution. Eight-channel simultaneous playback, front and rear USB ports, and full remote access via the Hik-Connect app complete the package. CORE+ IPC-2120B-HT cameras are confirmed compatible with HiLook Pro Series NVRs and are exclusively available from JMC Secure.
