The HL-NVR-216MH-K-16P is a significant step up from the 4-channel and 8-channel recorders used in smaller kits. With 160 Mbps incoming bandwidth, two SATA bays supporting up to 16 TB per drive, and a PoE power budget of 200 W across 16 ports, it is engineered for deployments at this scale. Independent HDMI (4K) and VGA outputs support simultaneous dual-screen monitoring, which is standard practice in control room and reception area deployments. Sixteen-channel simultaneous playback allows a full system review in a single view. The NVR's intelligent analytics include facial recognition, Motion Detection 2.0, and Perimeter Protection functions, with AI running both by device and by camera where supported, giving a site manager powerful tools to search, filter, and act on footage from ten camera positions.

Each IPC-2120W-HT covers a 113-degree horizontal field of view at 4096 x 3072 pixels, capturing identification-quality detail across every position in the system. Smart Dual Light operates across all ten cameras, with infrared providing invisible illumination to 30 metres and white light activating on detection for colour night imagery and visible deterrence. Motion Detection 2.0 in each camera classifies events as human or vehicle before generating alerts, which at a 10-camera scale is essential for keeping the event feed manageable. The Perimeter Protection capability in the NVR adds a further layer of intelligence, allowing virtual tripwires and intrusion zones to be defined and monitored across the camera coverage areas.
