About the Hikvision 4K 10-Camera ColorVu PoC CCTV Kit in Black
Ten black DS-2CE72UF3T-LSYE-B ColorVu Smart Hybrid Light turrets on the 16-channel iDS-7216HUHI-M2-PXT AcuSense PoC recorder. This kit suits commercial premises, schools, venues, farms, and larger estates where dark architecture calls for cameras that blend in rather than announce themselves, and where full site coverage means moving past the 8-channel platform. All ten cameras run entirely over PoC: the LSYE-B is a PoC.at (AT mode) device and the 16-channel recorder supports up to 12 AT cameras, so every position here is powered down its own coax with headroom to spare and no local power supplies on the job.
PoC power planning: Hikvision's 16-channel PoC recorders power a maximum of 12 AT-mode cameras, even though they record 16 channels. The ten cameras in this kit are all PoC powered, but only two further AT cameras can be added on PoC. Any expansion beyond 12 AT cameras requires local 12 VDC power supplies for the additional cameras, which are not included in this kit and are available separately, so plan power provision before quoting extra channels. The recorder encodes 8MP at 8 fps, with 3K at 12 fps as the alternative, and pairs twin SATA bays at up to 12 TB each with H.265 Pro+ compression to keep a ten-stream 4K system within a sensible storage budget. AcuSense motion detection 2.0 runs on all analogue channels, separating human and vehicle targets from foliage and headlight noise, with up to 8-channel advanced perimeter protection and 4-channel facial recognition on top. AcuSearch pulls person and vehicle events out of multi-terabyte archives in seconds, which matters on a site this size, and Hik-Connect covers remote access with 4K HDMI and VGA at the monitor position.
The cameras hold the flagship spec in the black shell: F1.0 ColorVu optics for colour at 0.0005 lux, per-camera Smart Hybrid Light with 40 m white light and 40 m IR in constant, covert, or event-triggered modes, true 130 dB WDR, and built-in microphones streaming audio over the coax on all ten channels. IP67 and NEMA 4X certified housings keep the dark finish looking right on exposed, coastal, and agricultural elevations. Up to 32 IP cameras at 8MP can be added over the network for positions beyond coax reach. Supplied without hard drives, so add surveillance-rated HDDs sized to the retention period. White and grey camera versions are also available.
