About the HiLook 8MP 4-Camera IP CCTV Kit
This HiLook by Hikvision kit brings together four PTZ-N2D400M-DE-14 4MP TandemVu IP pan/tilt cameras and one NVR-108MH-C-8P 8-channel PoE NVR to deliver wide-area coverage, high detail and efficient installation. TandemVu means each camera houses two lenses - a fixed wide-angle overview plus a pan/tilt lens - so each camera provides dual video feeds for enhanced monitoring.
Important: because each TandemVu camera outputs two separate video feeds (overview + pan/tilt), each camera uses two channels on the NVR. With four cameras in this kit you’ll use all eight channels on the NVR-108MH-C-8P - fully utilising the NVR’s channel capacity while only installing four physical camera bodies and a single PoE cable per camera.
The PTZ-N2D400M-DE-14 cameras record at 4MP resolution for crisp imaging and use Smart Hybrid Light to maintain colour footage when motion is detected, switching intelligently between IR and warm light. Human/vehicle classification helps reduce false alerts, while the pan/tilt mechanism supports Auto Tracking Lite - allowing the camera to automatically follow movement for improved coverage and easier evidence review. With an IP66 weather rating they are built to perform year-round outdoors.
The NVR-108MH-C-8P features eight built-in PoE ports for true plug-and-play operation, supports up to 8MP camera inputs, and uses H.265+ compression to maximise storage efficiency. Connect via HDMI or VGA for local viewing and use the HiLookVision or Hik-Connect mobile app for remote access, playback and export. The result is a professional-grade CCTV system designed to provide continuous recording and easy control across multiple zones.
