The Hikvision DS-2CE72KF3T-LSYE-B is the black housing variant of the DS-2CE72KF3T-LSYE, a 3K Smart Hybrid Light ColorVu fixed turret camera for Turbo HD analogue systems. Functionally identical to the white version in every respect, the black housing is the natural choice wherever a dark camera finish is needed - against dark soffits, grey or anthracite cladding, painted concrete structures, dark timber, or any installation where a white camera would be visually out of place or too conspicuous. Hikvision offer the LSYE specifically in black and grey housing options alongside white, reflecting the professional demand for housing colour matching in architectural and commercial environments.
The camera packs an impressive set of capabilities into a compact turret form. Smart Hybrid Light provides both IR and white light illumination to 40 metres each, switchable between IR-only, white light-only and auto modes - giving the installer and end user full control over whether night footage is captured in colour or monochrome. The 3K CMOS sensor delivers 2960 x 1665 resolution with 130dB true Wide Dynamic Range and 3D DNR for high-contrast scene handling, well above what Digital WDR models can achieve. The F1.0 aperture and 0.0005 Lux minimum illumination ensure strong colour performance in very low light conditions when white light mode is active.
The built-in microphone with audio over coaxial (AOC) simplifies audio installation by carrying sound back to the DVR over the existing video coax - no separate audio cable needed. The anti-corrosion housing construction provides enhanced durability in coastal, industrial and chemically aggressive environments, extending the service life of the camera beyond that of a standard outdoor unit. The 2.8mm lens provides a wide 105° horizontal field of view, and the 4-in-1 TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS switchable output ensures compatibility with any analogue HD DVR.
